We have two private guest rooms available for stays of 1 night up to 2 weeks. Lodging rentals include access to the shared areas below. Rooms are single or double occupancy. We offer a continental breakfast for guests staying overnight. Guests staying longer than one night have kitchen priveleges. No pets are allowed.

SHARED INDOOR AREAS Bedrooms are private areas. The rest of the building including the kitchen, bathrooms, washer and dryer, dance studio, living room, and lounge areas are all shared spaces. There is also free guest WIFI. |

WHAT TO EXPECT
Guests are allowed to prepare their own meals in our shared kitchen. At the beginning of a stay we supply fresh towels, fresh bed sheets, fresh pillow covers, along with basic things like soap and toilet paper. However, if staying more than one night, we do not remake beds each day like a hotel. It's up to the guest to decide how tidy they wish to keep their room if staying longer than one night.
INTERACTION
I try to create an environment in which guests feel at ease. I'm respectful and friendly and spend time enjoying the peaceful surroundings of the retreat. I understand when guests prefer to be quiet or, at other times, to have polite conversation.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES
We ask that guests arrive no earlier than 2 PM and arrive not later than 8 PM if possible. Check out is by 11 AM.
ROOM RATES & AVAILABILITY
Our rates are listed below. Prices include 9% State of Maine Lodging Tax and a $15 cleaning fee. IMPORTANT! Please send us an email to check on availability before making a deposit. Send to: eureka.guesthouse@gmail.com. Deposits can be made on line through Paypal (All major credit cards accepted.) Once a payment has been received, we will send a welcome letter along with our guest guidelines. Balance is due upon arrival. Cancellations 5 days prior to check in are eligible for a 50% refund.
